Parker Briley, CCIM

As Founder and Managing Member of Sheer Capital Markets, Parker is primarily focused on the oversight, origination, and execution of investment real estate capitalizations across all property types. Parker’s commercial real estate experience began in 2004 within Goldman Sachs’ CMBS Origination group, where he worked for five years underwriting and closing more than $1.5 billion in conduit loans. After earning the CCIM designation in May 2009, he worked within a subsidiary at Beal Bank known as CSG Investments, specializing in activities such as buying asset-backed debt securities from secondary markets’ participants and also originating new asset-backed debt securities up to $500 million per transaction.

 

After a brief stint working with one of his family’s businesses in West Texas, Parker worked within the commercial real estate capital consulting industry from 2013-2018 where he originated debt and equity structures for acquisitions, recapitalizations, and ground-up developments. During that same period, his brokerage company, Briley Advisory (TREC #9000895), represented buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition of more than $38 million in real estate asset value throughout the State of Texas.
